Gladys Wong has been an experienced HR professional, having held senior executive positions in banking, aviation service, information technology, hospitality and insurance with exposure to corporate culture of US, UK, Australia, France, Canada and Hong Kong.
While pursuing her passion for people development, Gladys set up Chelsea Consultancy in 2010 covering recruitment, coaching, training, mediation and outplacement.
Gladys graduated with a Master Degree in Industrial Relations from Warwick Business School, an LLB from University of London and a Bsc in Business and Management from University of Salford. She is an accredited General Mediator from Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, a Corporate Coach from Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and a Certified NeuroLinguistic Programming Practitioner from American Board of NLP.
